Role Summary
- Work under the guidance of the Teamleader ICT Operations Italy.
- Maintain and support the ICT infrastructure of Abafoods srl.
- Manage incidents and provide user support.
- Monitor and upkeep ICT infrastructure equipment.
- Handle the purchasing, installation, and configuration of new hardware and software.
- Enforce security protocols to mitigate threats.
- Manage ITC department orders and SAP users' passwords through SAP ERP.
Role Requirements
- First ICT experience or up to 2 years in IT management.
- Understanding of network security, firewalls, and various encryption and authentication mechanisms.
- Knowledge of networking protocols such as SMTP, HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and SNMP.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server 2016/2019, O365, and SAP ERP (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
- A High School Diploma in IT or a Degree in Computer Science.

The role - The ICT Junior Administrator will be working under the supervision of the Teamleader ICT Operations Italy to maintain and support the ICT Infrastructure of Abafoods srl. The role involves managing incidents, giving assistance and support to users, monitoring and maintaining ICT infrastructure equipment, purchasing, installing and configuring new hardware, software and peripherals, following security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats, and managing orders for ITC department by SAP ERP and SAP users password.
Job requirements - The ideal candidate should have a first ICT experience or maximum 2 years of experience in managing IT, global knowledge of network security, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, authentication mechanisms, encryption technologies, and networking protocols including SMTP, HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and SNMP. Working Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server 2016/2019, O365, SAP ERP (not mandatory) is required. The candidate should also have good verbal and written communications skills in Italian and English and a High School Diploma in IT matters or Degree in computer science.
