Role Summary:

  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Hygiene Practices.
  • Manage non-conformities, traceability exercises, and internal audits.
  • Conduct quality inspections and define cleaning plans.
  • Handle supplier compliance, referencing, evaluation, and audits.
  • Validate regulatory packaging mentions and contribute to certification success.
  • Partake in quality document drafting and staff training.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agri-food industry or related field.
  • Experience in Quality within an industrial, preferably agri-food, environment.
  • Proficient in regulations, GMP, GHP, and HACCP principles.
  • Experience with IFS certified sites and packaging validation.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and effective communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent analytical and writing abilities.

We are currently looking for our Quality Coordinator (CDD) H/F for Destination, which is our company for the transformation, roasting, packaging and distribution of organic and fair trade products (tea, infusion, coffee, sugar), and leader of the hot drinks section in specialized organic stores.

You will be working in our new factory in Cestas (33) which aims to achieve IFS certification.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, your missions in the adventure will be to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Hygiene Practices and the management of non-conformities, piloting of traceability exercises, piloting and animation of internal non-conformities and complaints, management of the Non-Conforming area, realization of field tours, quality inspections and internal audit, definition of the cleaning plan and referencing of chemical products, reporting of quality indicators.

You will also ensure supplier compliance, manage supplier referencing, participate in the evaluation and risk analysis of suppliers, manage disputes and associated action plans, carry out supplier audits.

You will ensure regulatory compliance and site certifications, validate regulatory mentions on packaging and declaration to certification bodies, contribute to the preparation and success of our certification audits, contribute to compliance with the group standard and IFS, participate in the drafting of quality documents of the QDMS, respect and enforce QHSE procedures, GMP and GHP, participate in quality training of staff.

You have a Bac +3/+5 training with a specialization in the Agri-food industry, you have a first experience in Quality in an industrial environment preferably agri-food. You have a thorough knowledge of regulations, GMP, GHP and you master HACCP. You ideally have experience on an IFS certified site. You have experience in packaging validation. You are reactive, autonomous and you know how to be proactive, especially in problem solving. You are recognized for your ability to communicate effectively and your writing skills. Beyond your job skills, it is your rigor, your analytical and synthesis skills that are your best assets to succeed in this position. Fluent English is essential.
