  • Role Summary:
    • Provide organized and enthusiastic administrative support within the Yearbooks department.
    • Assist the Project Editor and report to the Director of Digital and Reference.
    • Facilitate the annual update cycle of Who’s Who, including some editorial tasks.

The Role We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join the team working on the annual reference book Who’s Who. This role is part of the Yearbooks department, working closely with the book’s Project Editor, and will report to the Director of Digital and Reference for the Special Interest division at Bloomsbury. The role includes some editorial responsibilities, but is primarily focused on ensuring the smooth flow of the annual Who’s Who update cycle.

Job Requirements Strong admin experience, good IT and MS Office skills, excellent attention to detail, and knowledge of current affairs generally and British society in particular are required.
