Role Summary:
- Devote 30 hours weekly to guide customers in using the Olio app, including evenings and weekends.
- Take charge of content moderation, dispute resolution among volunteers, and content creation for customer assistance.

The role of the Customer Satisfaction Agent will require 30 working hours per week including evenings and weekends. You will be responsible for guiding customers to effectively use the app, moderating content, handling disputes among Olio’s volunteers, creating content to help our customers, testing and reporting technical issues and contributing to ad-hoc projects aimed at improving the team’s efficiency.
Our ideal candidate will be passionate about our mission, a computer whizz and speedy trouble-shooter, have a high level of empathy, organisational skills and attention to detail, and be a master of efficiency.
