Role Summary:

Role Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of print production processes.
- Competence in managing relationships with print production companies.
- Rigorous quality control, ensuring all agency work is approved before client delivery.
- Financial acumen for creating cost estimates aligned with client budgets and managing project profitability.
- Experience in an integrated agency and proficiency in multi-channel project management.
- Excellent time management skills, with DM and TV production knowledge being advantageous.

The GOOD Agency is an exciting organization that is passionate about charities, purpose, and doing good. We are currently seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our Client Services team in London.
The role involves managing projects to ensure delivery is on time, on budget, and of the highest quality. Key responsibilities include managing a project pipeline, anticipating when work will hit the agency, managing resourcing, and flagging team capacity accordingly. The Project Manager will also manage internal and external resources to ensure optimum quality and profitability on projects, including helping to source and manage freelancers and external suppliers as necessary.
Job requirements include strong knowledge of print production, ability to manage and liaise with print production companies with confidence, and overseeing and ensuring appropriate sign-off of all agency work before sending onto the client to maintain quality standards. Financial management skills are also required, including producing cost estimates reflective of client budgets and considering optimum project processes, and proactively managing profit margins for individual jobs.
Candidates should have integrated agency experience, multi-channel integrated project management skills, and time management skills. Experience in DM and TV production is not essential but would be a plus.
