The GOOD Agency is excited to announce an opening for a Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services team. This role offers an exciting breadth of work, including digital, social, print, video, and branding, across commercial and charity clients.

The Role: As a Senior Account Manager, you will be a key part of our Client Service Department, responsible for all projects in your account/s. This includes managing full account budgets, identifying areas for growth, managing monthly and annual forecasts, and ensuring high standards. You will also be expected to proactively seek and identify organic business development opportunities within the existing client portfolio.

Job Requirements: Candidates should ideally have a passion for charities, purpose, and doing good. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential. Experience of working in an integrated agency, working on a range of accounts, and delivering digital projects and multi-channel campaigns is required. Candidates will ideally come with a charity or purpose background, and have integrated experience working on a range of accounts, with strong direct & integrated marketing skills.
