Volunteer Director of Research & Development

What will you be doing?

Are you an Experienced Senior Researcher interested in Mental Health Policy? If so, this is the Position for you!! As the Research Director you will play a vital role in overseeing the governance of the charity. You will be working alongside a small but dedicated Board of Trustees with a diverse pool of skills and experience. You must be a good role model and be able to have the confidence, respect and support of the Chief Executive and the Charities staff team.

Applicants with an extensive background in Research & Development.These are indeed challenging times so we need volunteers who are hands on and dedicated to making sure the Foundation survives these extremely challenging times.The role of Research Director, will share the collective responsibility for the effective governance and development of The Grae Matta Foundation, setting its strategic Research and Development direction and major policies with the Chief Executive and senior staff in accordance with the Charity’s objects, vision, mission and values.Senior Researchers of Grae Matta Foundation are expected to enter into a positive and proactive relationship with the foundation and its volunteers, as well as providing oversight and guidance for its future Research development and fulfilling the necessary statutory governance obligations.Volunteers are ambassadors for the charity and will fully embody our values, to be change making, pioneering, relentless and agile.
