What will you be doing?
Volunteer will work closely with the team to create bespoke resources. Opportunities to work with other wonderful volunteers to co-create resources. Flexibility in role scope for development. Examples of resources available upon application.
What are we looking for?
Volunteers should have experience in writing concisely and for audiences with limited knowledge of the subject area Ideally experience in working in a support service for victims and survivors of rape and sexual abuse Experience of developing training programs Experience of delivering training both face to face and remotely A training delivery qualification Experience of different learning methodologies and teaching pedagogies Experience with designing, writing and assessing curriculum Experience with developing and implementing learning tools. Proactive and organised. Experienced with managing and building teams. Great communications skills and ability to build relationships.
What difference will you make?
Your resources will be used by volunteers, outreach work and students in schools, colleges and universities. You will be responsible for educating audiences about consent, rape and sexual abuse, national statistics, keeping safe and where to find support. Your impact will directly impact on education in this area and making a difference to victims and survivors of rape and sexual abuse.
