What will you be doing?
Our charity delivers a community space for all, including those with health-related issues. We are urgently looking for an experienced health sector volunteer with broad experience in leadership and management and a strategic understanding of the health of various areas of service, as well as specific skills in people and leadership development, organisational development and design, inclusion, and diversity.

Has an understanding of health issues across the whole range. Able to help us in working with all the organisations that want to use Holme Farm
Surrey Choices Richmond Fellowship Local medical practices Catalyst Referrals from boroughs and county services Suicide prevention support partners
Guild how to work with members of the community
Who walk in with mental health issues
Loneliness PTSD Stress Looking for confidence to get back to work Looking for a sense of worth
Guidance on Health and Well Being / Research And Care Inclusion for Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic Groups Inclusion for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Can ask key questions to enable us to clarify requirements Understands the resource constraints of a small charity and is able to work with these. Can provide support to those involved in fundraising in wording/content when applying for grants
