With the support of the Fundraising Manager develop the annual plan of activities for each income stream Develop and manage areas of individual giving in order to grow income from existing and new donors Assists us with data interpretation in order to measure effectiveness Help us produce compelling fundraising materials for a wide range of media
What are we looking for?
Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of Data protection/GDPR in a fundraising context Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to present or willingness to learn to present to a wide variety of audiences Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident and proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and databases or similar packages Ability to deal with difficult /sensitive conversations with empathy and emotional intelligence

Over the last 20 years Act4Africa has changed attitudes, transformed communities, and saved lives across East Africa. We have achieved a lot and with your help, we can make an even bigger difference.
Health - we provided almost two million people with HIV/AIDS and sexual health awareness training. Tested around 100,000 people for HIV and other sexually transmitted infections Distributed around 300,000 condoms to communities in Uganda Education - we educated over 300,000 people about gender equality. Provided quality early-years’ education to over 100 children through our own Kindergarten and trained over 9,000 disadvantaged women and girls in life skills, financial literacy and business enterprise skills
