  • Lead interactive workshops and practical tasks to educate students on entrepreneurship and business fundamentals.
  • Teach students how to develop ideas, create business plans, and effectively market products.
  • Coach students in developing valuable interpersonal and leadership skills, including public speaking, team building, and time management.
  • Proven teaching experience is required, preferably with international students.
  • Strong background in business or entrepreneurship is essential.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Applicants must be UK or US citizens, or have the legal right to work in the respective country.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available; however, J1 visa costs are covered, and travel for embassy appointments is reimbursed up to $150.

The role As one of our B&E teachers, you will lead a series of interactive workshops, practical tasks, and case studies designed to teach our students what it takes to be an entrepreneur, the fundamentals of starting a business, and marketing a product. Your aim will be to teach your students essential business skills such as how to develop an idea, build a business plan, and market a product. You will also help them develop their interpersonal and leadership skills such as public speaking and presentation skills, team building, managing others, goal setting, time management, and communication skills.

Job requirements Previous teaching experience is essential. Experience in teaching international students preferred. Strong business/entrepreneurial experience. You must be fluent in English.

Benefits We provide accommodation in all locations for all staff. Meals are provided in the halls of residence once students arrive, however, staff are responsible for their meals during Orientation. Travel reimbursements and any finders’ fees are paid separately.

Visa requirements If we are taking you on the J1 visa, we will also reimburse up to $150 for travel to your embassy appointment. The cost of the J1 Visa + SEVIS Fee is paid for by ISSOS. Flights & Embassy Appointment costs are the responsibility of the staff member.
