What will you be doing?

As a Volunteer Business and Strategic Development Advisor at Bright Paths Support, your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance and insight to further our mission and facilitate sustainable growth. You will collaborate with our CEO to assess and refine our business strategy, identify opportunities for expansion and innovation, and develop comprehensive plans to support our organisational objectives. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping our direction and ensuring long-term success. #LI-Remote

We are seeking a volunteer with expertise in business and strategic development, ideally with experience in the non-profit sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for our mission of providing early support for children and young people's emotional well-being. Attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. Understanding a small organisation's resource constraints and willingness to work with these are also important. Additionally, we are looking for someone who shares our vision and is committed to positively impacting the lives of children and young people.
