What are we looking for?
We are seeking a volunteer with expertise in business and strategic development, ideally with experience in the non-profit sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for our mission of providing early support for children and young people's emotional well-being. Attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. Understanding a small organisation's resource constraints and willingness to work with these are also important. Additionally, we are looking for someone who shares our vision and is committed to positively impacting the lives of children and young people.
What difference will you make?
Your involvement as a Volunteer Business and Strategic Development Advisor will be critical in driving our organisation's growth and sustainability. By leveraging your expertise and insights, we aim to expand our reach, enhance our services, and create a lasting impact on the emotional well-being of children and young people. This role offers the opportunity for ongoing involvement with the potential to transition into a director/member position in the future. Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
