- Passion for social media short-form content.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro and knowledge of After Effects.

- Based in or around London for studio collaboration.
It's an eventful time at TOPJAW, the past 12 months has seen the fastest growth we've experienced since releasing our first film 9 years ago. We're shooting more than ever and are committed to publishing authentic premium content daily.
We have a great team and are now looking for an experienced creative film editor with a strong grasp of social content to join us, helping to increase our output and further improve quality.
Our content, shot on RED, is slick but not too polished and has an emphasis on humour. As Senior Social Editor at TOPJAW, we expect you have a strong track record of producing humorous, engaging social content combined with the ability to deliver high quality cinematic work.
We ask our editors to add their dimension to our films, that layer of additional imagination is a USP of ours and leads to strong audience loyalty.
This is a very active role with a lot of responsibility, your day to day will see you doing the following:
- Managing all aspects of the post-production process
- Assisting with the production team on storyboarding and direction
- Being responsible for the final story telling of our films
- Identifying the moments of planned and unplanned humour within our content
- Tabling your ideas for new short and long form content
- Creating key brand assets, including animations and graphic design within our films
- Being part of our studio based content, if you’re up for it!

For this role we would like to see the following from prospective candidates:
- Strong experience in a similar role or freelance experience to a heavy weight level (5+ years)
- Strong knowledge of TOPJAW's content, brand and audience
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for short form social content (TikTok, IG Reels, YT Shorts etc)
- Expert ability with Premiere Pro and good knowledge of After Effects
- Able to show numerous examples of content created by you, preferably aligned with the TOPJAW brand
- Strong work ethic, taking pride in your work
- Educated to minimum of A-level or equivalent
- Living in London or easy commuting distance (We work from our studio in Vauxhall)
- Ability to tell story through video
- Excited about the prospect of working in a small team
For this role we are offering a salary of £35-45k pa (depending on experience) + performance bonuses.
