For the last 10 years, we’ve helped brands navigate and harness the chaos of social bringing method to the madness.   From household names like Guinness, Dettol, and Uber to the next generation of big brands like Nando's and Fever-Tree.

We're an ambitious team of over 100 people across the UK & US and not stopping there.  We're growing fast and looking for new Junior Motion Designers to join our team.

We believe in adding real business value to our clients. Work that is tied closely to account strategy and often tasked with getting people to take action. We are not a table of passive designers, but rather, a group of social media strategists with an arsenal of creative skills. A diverse, multi-skilled bunch, made up of copywriters, photographers, animators and designers who work incredibly hard and always think social-first. ✏️ What you'll be doing:

• 
  
• Content Creation: creating social-first content consistently for our clients that feels true to brand and fits within relevant brand guidelines including storyboarding, designing in Adobe After Effects, animating typography, editing in Premiere Pro and working in Photoshop - you'll cover it all!
  
• Operations: maintaining good file hygiene and supporting best–practices laid out by senior team members and helping to solve operational challenges as and when they arise
  
• Collaboration: working with our wider delivery teams, collaborating closely with the Creatives, Social Media Managers, Account Directors, and Media Planners on creative ideation and execution in pursuit of truly effective content, advertising, and strategy.
  
• Time-Management: managing your allocated time within a scope of work with support from your Seniors.  Giving feedback and asking for help when necessary from the Client Services teams you're working with.
  

👀 Who we're looking for:

• 
  
• You're a Motion Designer with 1 or more years of experience (agency or in-house). 
  
• You live and breathe social, know how to create social-first assets, and want to work on a variety of different brands across all sectors.
  
• You're learning how to take strategy and execute it in social-first, show-stopping ways, with a keen eye for detail and intrigue
  
• You're motion obsessed and have a foundational understanding of the principles and how to apply them to the latest trends and innovations
  
• Adobe Suite is where you feel most at home (particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator). Experience in Red Giant and Cinema 4D or equivalent are added bonuses!
  
• You love brands and social media: you're fascinated by brands, and how they market themselves and use social media to do this. 
  
• You're comfortable managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment where deadlines can land simultaneously
