  • Role Summary:
    • Manage key client accounts within the BTR Delivery division across the UK.

    • Develop and maintain complex client relationships and be the main point of contact for business stakeholders.

  • Role Requirements:
    • 3-4 years of experience in Real Estate (Sales, Lettings, or BTR).
    • Proven ability to assess rental values and market conditions.
    • Strategic account management skills and solid business acumen.
    • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
    • Competency in project management and critical thinking.

Client Account Manager (BTR) | Home Made

We’ve got an exciting opportunity to work for the ‘go to’ provider of the UK’s largest Build to Rent owners and operators here at Home Made.

As a Client Account Manager, you will work within our BtR Delivery division, responsible for assigned key client accounts across the UK. Within this, you will focus on delivering exceptional results for highly sophisticated property clients, through from marketing and site launches, sales funnel optimisation, effective pricing strategies, through to full delivery of site performance. A flair for project management, analytical skills and on the spot problem solving is a must for this role!

You will also manage multiple, often complex relationships within the client account and be the main point of contact for the key business stakeholder. This role is one that requires strong communication skills, with a clear ability to plan and prioritise multiple objectives.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9-6 (mix of office and field based)

Office location: London Southwark, 1 day a week work from home post probation (close to Blackfriars, Southwark and Waterloo stations)

Salary: £35K-40K base salary (based on experience) + commission OTE £85K

What we look for:


  • Must have at least 3-4 years experience in Real Estate (Sales, Lettings, or BTR)
  • Have a strong ability to assess the market value for the estimated rental values for each client asset
  • Strategic account management skills and strong business acumen
