  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, focusing on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to meet key performance indicators such as Revenue, ROAS, and CPA.
  • Launch and manage direct-to-consumer (D2C) initiatives in international markets, with a priority on Germany.
  • Oversee creative processes, manage budgets, and optimize campaign performance through data-driven strategies.
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in digital marketing, particularly in e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital marketing platforms, plus basic CRM and SEO & CRO optimization knowledge.
  • Fluency in German, French, or Spanish is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage international stakeholder networks.
  • An enthusiastic, proactive approach and a passion for achieving results.

About the role: 

Okay, we’ve waffled long enough. So let’s get to the good bit: You. 

As Digital Marketing Manager, your role sits within the ROW Sales and Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing strategies for our paid marketing channels, working closely with performance agencies and wider teams across the business to deliver against Revenue, ROAS and CPA business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing performance marketing channels (PPC, Display, Paid Social, Affiliates), optimising conversion rates, and launching direct-to-consumer (D2C) initiatives in international markets (priority Germany). 

Location: Hybrid working; a mix of working from our London or Bristol office & working remotely 

Employment type: Permanent (please note, you must have the right to work in the UK) 

Requirements

What you’ll be doing at Elvie:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels (e.g. Google, Meta, Tiktok, Affiliates) to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and deliver ROAS targets in the UK and ROW.
  • Own relationships with external digital marketing agencies (Paid Search, Affiliate, Paid Social) to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies and deliver against KPIs.
  • Own direct relationships with affiliate partners effectively managing campaign launches, commission and tenancy package negotiations. 
  • Own the creative briefing process for your channels, prioritising the development of best-in-class assets that deliver against target and vertical benchmarks.
  • Work closely with the Global CRM team to ensure all ROW CRM initiatives align with paid marketing activities, are in line with best practice and deliver against channel KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and EU market experts to ensure a successful D2C entry and sustained growth in Germany. 
  • Scope, implement and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels in international territories with a focus on Germany.
  • Manage the paid marketing budgets, ensuring channel spend is on track. 
  • Manage the paid marketing channel forecasts, ensuring agencies deliver against KPIs.
  • Continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance, employing data-driven insights and utilising attribution modelling tools to refine and optimise the performance marketing mix for sustained growth. Report key learnings back to the business. 
  • Develop and own the Test & Learn calendar with a focus on A/B testing creative, landing pages and copy to maximise channel performance. Introduce and test new and innovative ways of driving traffic to the site. 
  • Drive CRO initiatives for your channels, maximising the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and improving the D2C customer experience.
  • Support with the launch and planning of D2C value propositions such as bundles and GWP.
  • Keep up to date with industry news and innovate within channels where possible to open out new opportunities for acquisition and retention

What we are looking for:

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • A demonstrable passion for e-commerce and digital marketing
  • Experience in deploying marketing campaigns through Meta, Google & TikTok
  • Basic CRM experience
  • An understanding of how to best optimise websites for SEO & CRO
  • Experience in managing PPC campaigns including in non-native languages
  • Native German, French or Spanish will be an advantage
  • An excellent understanding and working experience with paid channels management, A/B testing and reporting tools - Google Analytics, Facebook Manager, Google Ads, Supermetrics, Data Studio
  • Great communication skills and confidence in managing international stakeholder networks
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong excel, word and powerpoint skills
  • A proven ability to conduct business analysis and manage budget
  • Willing to jump in and get things done, problem-solving as you go
  • A positive, enthusiastic, "hands-on" attitude with a strong desire to succeed
