Role Summary

  • Ensure smooth operations by performing daily office tasks, managing supplies, and coordinating office health, safety, and security.
  • Maintain a welcoming office environment, manage meeting spaces, greet visitors, and support company communications.
  • Facilitate the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including contract generation and HRIS administration.

We’re looking for a super proactive and organised Office and People Coordinator to provide an exceptional office and employee experience for our growing 300+ person team based in London.

The Office and People Coordinator plays a vital role to ensure our team members have an optimal environment and resources to do their best work. As our Office and People Coordinator, you will be part of the backbone of our London office ensuring the daily Office and People operations run seamlessly. You’ll also work closely with the wider People function to coordinate a variety of company ceremonies and celebrations.

What you'll do

Duties and responsibilities will include: 

Office administration: Perform a variety of office tasks such as online grocery orders, receiving deliveries, IT stock management, coordinating couriers etc. Prepare and share comms to the wider business in relation to office and wider People Team activities Maintain inventory supplies, stationery and office equipment/supplies  Office Health & Safety and security e.g. perform first aid and fire marshal duties Support the writing and updating of office documents such as the Office Manual Organise office common areas and meeting rooms, ensuring they are kept clean and tidy Greet visitors and handle incoming calls  Assist the Office Manager with daily administrative tasks

People and culture: Own and run the end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding process, from contract generation and pre-employment checks through to right-to-work checks and day one welcome HRIS administration: ensure all new starters, leavers and employee changes are accurately recorded Conduct annual internal employee checks Support with employee benefits administration  Organise and support facilitation of company events and celebrations, in or out of the office (or virtual!)

This role requires you to work in the office four days per week and one day from home
