  • Role Summary:
    • Achieve sales targets in North America.
    • Engage in outbound calling to transition Marketing Qualified leads into loyal customers.
    • Consultatively sell Lodgify’s solutions to meet the unique needs of each lead.
    • Perform effective online product demonstrations.
    • Close deals and work closely with the onboarding team for smooth customer transitions.
    • Provide valuable market feedback to influence product development.
  • Role Requirements:
    • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
    • Familiar with Hubspot, Gmail, and Google tools.
    • At least 2 years of sales experience in the Software industry.
    • Eagerness to learn and thrive in a dynamic digital environment.
    • Prior startup experience is a bonus.

 About the role

Are you a young professional passionate about the world of sales and ready to be part of a tech startup in continuous growth and expansion? This is an exceptional opportunity for someone interested in starting a sales career in tech.

The Sales Specialist role is one of the fastest-growing positions in sales and is crucial for the company to grow. Our sales specialists engage with prospects to uncover business needs and present Lodgify's vacation rental SaaS solution to them.

⭐ How will you make an impact:

Achieve sales targets that cover the North American countries. Outbound calling to convert Marketing Qualified leads into customers using our consultative sales methodology Talk with pre-qualified leads that are evaluating Lodgify for their vacation rental business Identify the customer requirements in order to position Lodgify’s products and services to meet or exceed those needs Demonstrate the value of Lodgify to their business, generate interest and resolve any questions Perform effective online demos Close deals with vacation rental owners who are evaluating Lodgify Manage upwards of 250 leads in a month Work with our account management/onboarding team to initiate a smooth onboarding of the customer Participate as key member in the growth and development of the sales organization Extract key customer insights and market intelligence to influence product development and marketing

⭐ What makes you a great fit:

Excellent spoken and written English. Knowledge or experience using Hubspot, Gmail, and Google tools. At least 2 years of previous experience as a sales or sales development representative in the Software industry Desire to learn and adapt to a fast-paced digital environment. Startup experience is a plus.
