We are looking for a Legal Manager. The Litigation team carry out all debt recovery and insolvency procedures with their own unique approach that is defining the recovery culture in the lending market.

The role
We are looking for a Legal Executive/Legal Counsel - Litigation Manager to join a strong and high performing team. You will manage and oversee a team of Litigation Paralegals and oversee the successful achievement of individual, departmental and business targets ensuring Investor returns are protected.
Job requirements
We’re looking for an experienced Litigator/Debt Collection Manager with Commercial/Financial Litigation experience and strong technical legal skills. Experience in operational leadership and management, to include leading a team and managing performance and updating stakeholders accordingly is required. Excellent communicator, with natural interpersonal and leadership skills with a high degree of self-awareness, confidence and resilience. Able to make and follow through on difficult decisions. Excellent negotiator with business acumen and commercial awareness. Insolvency experience is desirable.
