Role Summary:

  • Update transportation schedules to improve efficiency.
  • Develop a comparative tool for charter costs.
  • Manage the launch and oversight of calls for tenders.
  • Create a tool for invoice verification.
  • Optimize storage locations for better resource management.
  • Produce a comprehensive logistics specifications document.

Role Requirements:

  • Current student (Bac +3/+5) in agri-food or transport sectors.
  • Prior logistics experience is ideal.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems is beneficial.
  • Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to various situations with a proactive mindset.
  • Professional English language skills are advantageous.

As an intern at Ecotone, you will receive a gross monthly salary of 1100 €, optional restaurant tickets at 5.50 €, and 60% transport reimbursement. The role involves supporting our development, we are working on our transport plan as well as our storage capacity. Integrated within the supply chain and logistics team, you will support the operations manager. Your missions in the adventure include updating transport times, creating a tool for comparing charter costs, launching and monitoring calls for tenders, creating a tool for checking invoices, optimizing storage locations, and creating a logistics specifications document.

Job requirements: You are a student (Bac +3/+5), from a training in agri-food or transport with ideally a first experience in logistics. Knowledge of an ERP is a plus. You are recognized for your writing skills and your interpersonal skills. Rigorous, with a good spirit of synthesis, you know how to organize yourself and adapt to different situations. A professional level of English is a plus for the success of the internship.
