Ecotone is a leading company in the field of vegetarian, fair trade, nutritional and/or organic products. Our brands, such as Zonnatura, Clipper Tea, Piramide, Whole Earth and Abbot Kinney’s, are available in well-known supermarkets like Albert Heijn, Jumbo and the Superunie members, as well as organic supermarkets like Ekoplaza and recently in Scandinavia.

As a Supply Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of products and materials, in combination with optimal inventory levels and cost level. You will liaise with both colleagues and external suppliers about the forecast to ensure the production planning process runs smoothly. You will report monthly delivery performance, realize improvements in the supply process and carry out projects to improve chain performance.

Your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day supply process, consolidating the demand from Opco Benelux and other opco’s, working closely with the purchasing team to ensure suppliers meet our quality, delivery and cost requirements, and managing 2 warehouses & operation (chilled and frost).

The ideal candidate will have a completed Bachelor's degree, preferably in logistics / supply chain / business administration, ideally 3 years of experience within Supply Chain and at least 2 years of experience with Supply Planning (preferably FMCG). You should be strong in Excel and PowerPoint, enthusiastic, proactive and enterprising. Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and knowledge of logistics and Order-to-cash processes is a plus. You should be solution-oriented and analytically strong, able to work both independently and in multidisciplinary teams, and have good communication skills.
