- Lead client projects from conception to delivery in collaboration with scientific and engineering teams.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and facilitate their onboarding process.

- Strong academic background in a relevant discipline.

The organisation - Solutions Resources Company is an exciting place to work. We are a nature intelligence platform for nature-positive reporting & action. We help identify where efforts should be prioritised, understand nature impacts and dependencies, disclose to stakeholders and take action.
The role - As a Delivery Manager Commercial, you will report to the Head of Delivery and work closely with our science and engineering teams to manage and deliver customer projects. This involves understanding customer needs, onboarding customers, developing project timelines, structuring data collection and provision, and advising corporates on the nature intelligence we provide. You will be responsible for customer delivery, proposal development, onboarding of new customers, development of clear timelines for delivery of our outputs to customers, coordination of cross-functional teams, and leading customer facing project management calls.
Job requirements - The ideal candidate should have a strong academic track record in a relevant field, 4+ years of experience in a consulting role without a master's degree or 3+ years experience with a master's degree in a relevant field. They should have a track record of successfully leading customer projects and delivering high quality outputs on time, excellent customer communication skills, and be motivated by learning new concepts and working with customers to have a positive impact on nature. Comfort with change and ability to thrive in an early stage startup environment is also required.
