King's Trust International is launching a new 10-year strategy aimed at creating life-changing opportunities for young people in partnership with governments, NGOs, and employers across more than 20 countries. As an Evaluation Advisor, you will be a crucial part of our Impact team, helping us reach our goal of impacting one million young people over the next decade.
The role: You will provide technical advice and support on monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) to our regional delivery teams and partner organizations throughout the project lifecycle. You will lead and contribute to organizational impact projects and facilitate learning processes that drive improvement and impact.
Job requirements: We are looking for candidates with strong expertise in monitoring, evaluation, and learning. Experience within an evaluation team and a proven track record of supporting the development of MEL systems are essential. Knowledge of employability and enterprise programming is an advantage.
