We are currently looking for a Youth Development Lead - Outreach to join our team in Southampton. This role is pivotal in promoting and delivering our programs to young people and partners in the area.

The role: As a Youth Development Lead, you will be the face and voice of The King's Trust in Southampton, engaging with young people and partners through various events and one-on-one interactions. Your main responsibilities will include planning and attending showcase events, creating recruitment plans, and building relationships with agencies and partner organizations. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of our young people, volunteers, and partners to ensure compliance with our funding contracts.

Job requirements: We are looking for candidates who are passionate about working with young people and have the ability to engage and inspire. You should have excellent planning and organizational skills and be adept at building relationships. Experience in a similar role would be beneficial but is not essential.
