Youth Development Lead - Outreach

The King's Trust is looking for a Youth Development Lead - Outreach in Lancashire to join our team. This role is pivotal in promoting and engaging young people and partners in the local area through planning and attending showcase events. These events celebrate the achievements of The Trust and its participants, making the role essential for our outreach efforts.

The role: As a Youth Development Lead, you will be the face and voice of The King's Trust in your community, engaging with young people to get them excited about our programs. You will develop and implement recruitment plans, build relationships with agencies and partners, and deliver sessions that promote our programs effectively. Your goal will be to ensure young people have a consistently amazing experience with The Trust, keeping them engaged and supported throughout their journey.

Job requirements: Candidates should be passionate about working with young people and have the ability to plan and execute engagement strategies effectively. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to maintain accurate records are also crucial.
