Role Summary:

  • Conduct quality checks on trainee assessments against answer keys.
  • Collaborate with global trainees and prioritize tasks across time zones.
  • Assist in creating digital lesson voiceovers and updating quizzes.
  • Manage training session schedules and track trainee progress.
  • Allocate supplier assessments to analysts.
  • Onboard and train new interns.

Role Requirements:

  • A degree in Sustainable Development, CSR, Business Administration, Digital Content, Environmental/Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • High proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to a start-up environment.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable working in an international setting.

Job Description

Our Evaluation Services department produces independent, trusted and actionable ratings and insights that empower all companies to continuously improve their sustainable business practices, ultimately contributing to a positive change at a global scale.


Your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):- Cross check of trainees’ ‘supplier assessment’ works using provided answer keys.

  • Work with trainees from different offices globally.
  • Prioritization of correction based on different time zone.
  • Help trainers with generating voice overs for different digital lessons.
  • Updating quizzes available on g-form.
  • Responsible for scheduling training sessions on google calendar.
  • Tracking trainee completion of lessons/quizzes on the internal training platform.
  • Allocation of suppliers to analysts based on pre-defined parameters.
  • Train new interns on the above roles.

Due to the steep growth of the company, your role and responsibilities will be permanently evolving and might encompass part, all or more of the above.

Qualifications

  • Degree holder only, ideally in Sustainable Development or Corporate Social Responsibility, Business Administration, Digital Content, Environmental or Chemical Engineering, or Social and Environmental Audit Background.
  • Fluent in English and French (Additional languages will be an advantage).
  • Both interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • High proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Autonomous, Proactive, ability to work in a start-up environment.
  • Ability to multitask and have proper Time Management skills
  • Aptitude to evolve in an international environment.
