Role Summary:

  • Classify and qualify companies based on sustainability criteria.
  • Independently handle escalations from clients and team members.
  • Engage with stakeholders, facilitating communication and information exchange.
  • Assist in projects aimed at enhancing current methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with established processes and industry best practices.
  • Participate in the Data Management Operations Management Review.

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Higher School Certificate.
  • At least 6 months experience in data research and management preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel is beneficial.
  • Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
  • Understanding of business processes and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, autonomy, and self-motivation.
  • Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

The position is based in Ebene, Mauritius, starting from April 1, 2024, and will be permanent following a successful 6-month probation period. Job Description

Our Evaluation Services department produces independent, trusted and actionable ratings and insights that empower all companies to continuously improve their sustainable business practices, ultimately contributing to a positive change at a global scale.

In this role, you are responsible for conducting appropriate research to properly classify companies.

Core Responsibilities

  • Classification and Qualification of companies
  • Respond autonomously to escalations from internal and external customers
  • Work with internal & external stakeholders to facilitate communication & information exchange via emails or calls/meetings
  • Assistance on projects to improve existing processes
  • Ensure team’s adherence to defined processes and best practices
  • To contribute and participate in the Data Management Operations Management Review

Qualifications

  • HSC holder 
  • 6 months experience in data research and data management related processes would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in excel would be an advantage
  • Must be fluent in English and French. Proficiency in additional languages would be appreciated
  • Able to work flexible hours to assist the team, whilst maintaining work life balance.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, autonomous and self-driven
  • Ability to work under pressure, within tight deadlines, take initiatives and adhere to strict guidelines / instructions
