  • Role Summary:
    • Proactively contact Food Service Leads via phone from both inbound and outbound channels.
    • Manage your leads and sales funnel with full ownership.
    • Engage and secure buyers through effective phone communication.
    • Elevate sales processes and techniques to a new standard.
  • Role Requirements:
    • Dedication to Heura's mission with a caring and problem-solving approach.

    • Prior experience in sales, preferably within FMCG or a high-growth startup.
    • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
    • 1-3 years of sales experience with new products.
    • Fluency in Spanish (Native or C2 level) and English (C1 level), with Italian or French as an advantage.
    • Comfortable with high-volume phone-based sales work.
    • Proficiency with sales tech-tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Hubspot, Aircall etc.
    • Analytical and critical thinking skills, with a knack for problem-solving.
    • Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to spot opportunities.
    • Capability to forge strong, trustful relationships with all stakeholders.

And that’s why we are looking for an Inside Sales! To join the Good Rebels team and help us achieve our mission through scaling our user base of independent restaurants in Spain. With your communication skills, team-first mentality, and eagerness to grow and learn, you will play a vital role in bringing our growth to unprecedented levels.


  • Responsible for reaching Food Service Leads on the phone from inbound and outbound sources.
  • Take full ownership of your leads & sales funnel
  • Call & win buyers over the phone
  • Bring our sales processes and techniques to the next level


  • A Caring attitude towards our mission and see it as a “personal” problem to be solved professionally.

  • Desire to help, assist and solve people's needs with a GoodVibes attitude.

  • Passion for the business and a deep understanding of it to make sure your job at this role is aligned to business needs and goals.

  • Previous experience in similar roles, ideally at an FMCG company or ahigh-growth startup.

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

  • Between 1-3 years of sales experience for new products

  • Native or C2 level in Spanish and C1 level in English (Italian or French is a plus)

  • Willing to work on the phone

  • Experience from working with sales tech-tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Hubspot, aircall etc.

  • An analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving mindset to approach everyday challenges.

  • Ability to prioritize and anticipate opportunities

  • Ability to create strong and trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
