Role Summary:

  • Provide support to the growing Customer Success team, especially in onboarding, by managing and enhancing business reports and processes.
  • Assist with data analysis, client report generation, and preparation of presentations.
  • Engage in client calls and communications, including platform trainings.
  • Provide ad-hoc operational support to the Onboarding and Account Management teams.
  • Maintain and develop CSM business unit reporting tools, dashboards, and reports using SalesForce, ClicData, Excel, etc.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure tools meet operational needs.
  • Design models to address current business questions, validate findings and comprehend the implications.
  • Share best practices and work as a team to foster EcoVadis service development and maintain a motivating work environment.
  • Contribute to internal projects aimed at formalizing and standardizing Onboarding processes.

Role Requirements:

  • A passion for CSR and sustainability.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office, with exceptional skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in French, Italian, and English.
  • Proactive in acquiring new skills, effective at time management and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
  • A creative problem solver with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
  • Experience in building dashboards and/or in monitoring/reporting is beneficial.

Job Description

Your primary responsibility is to support the fast-growing Customer Success (CS) team, in particular the Onboarding function, by reliably maintaining and improving business reports and processes. Your tasks will include (but will not be limited to):Ā 

  • Supporting OnboardingĀ  team members on data analysis, client reports and presentation preparationĀ 
  • Participation in some client calls or client facing communications, such as platform trainings in particular
  • Other operational adā€™hoc support to the Onboarding and Account Management teams
  • Maintenance of CSM business unit reporting tools, dashboards and reports (via SalesForce, ClicData, Excel, ā€¦)
  • Align with stakeholders to ensure tools support operational requirements
  • Create models to answer current business questions; validate and understand the conclusions
  • Teamwork and best practices sharing to contribute to the development of EcoVadis services and to maintain a positive and motivating atmosphereĀ 
  • Contribute to internal projects of formalization and standardization of Onboarding processes with a positive impact on team efficiency and quality


  • A demonstrated commitment to CSR and sustainability fields
  • Strong skills in Google Suite and MS Office, especially exceptional Excel and Powerpoint skills (analytics & data visualization, including the ability to communicate quantitative data into a visually engaging story and to organize/integrate large amounts of information into concise presentation)
  • Excellent communication skills in French, ItalianĀ and English.Ā 
  • Demonstrated ability to pick up new skills proactively. Effective time manager and multi-tasker able to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Self-driven, results oriented and team player
  • Experience with building dashboards and/or with monitoring/reporting
