Volunteer Moodle Expert Volunteer

What will you be doing?

You will collaborate with our team to develop and maintain engaging online learning environments, ensuring accessibility and usability for our diverse user base.    Responsibilities: 

Collaborate with the team to assess the organisation's educational needs and goals.  Design and develop interactive and user-friendly online courses and learning materials using Moodle.  Customise Moodle themes, plugins, and functionalities to align with project requirements.  Provide technical support and training to staff and users on Moodle usage and best practices.  Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to course content, user access, and system performance.  Stay updated on the latest Moodle developments and recommend enhancements to optimise our e-learning platform. 

Document processes, procedures, and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuity.   

What are we looking for?

Requirements: 

Proficiency in Moodle administration, configuration, and customisation.  Experience in instructional design and e-learning development.  Strong understanding of web technologies.  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  Effective communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.  Commitment to the mission and values of Money4YOU.
