Telesales Team Lead

📍 Lincoln - Based in our Lincoln office 2 days a week with the remaining 2 days remotely.

• We started Goodlord because we wanted to make renting simple and transparent for everyone involved: the agent, the landlord, and the tenant. We knew Generation Rent would lead to more tenants, with higher digital expectations and we were confident we could provide a solution 🏠
• Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350 Goodlordians supporting the mission! 💚

The Opportunity:

• Leading a team of circa 10 telesales agents, managing activity and behavioural sales performance as well as employee relations.
• Conducting regular feedback and coaching sessions with each team member.
• Call listening with the team to drive continuous improvement
• Analysing KPI’s within the team and finding new creative ways to improve processes

What we need from you:

• Previous experience in managing a team (ideally a contact centre/ telesales team)
• Target and objective driven and have a proven record of hitting targets.
• Confident to improve and introduce new processes into the team to help drive sales.

It would be great if:

• You have experience working in an FCA regulated environment
• You have experience working with tenants insurance
