Role Summary:

  • Lead the global Sales Enablement Program with a focus on the APAC region.
  • Develop onboarding processes and change management strategies to support sales teams.
  • Strategize and implement go-to-market and skills development training in collaboration with Product Marketing.
  • Refine sales playbooks to increase global Enterprise team productivity.
  • Manage and optimize sales enablement tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Highspot, and Chorus.
  • Create training modules for the effective application of sales tools.
  • Analyze tool data to drive sales growth and productivity.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or related roles.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales enablement programs.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Preferably experienced in B2B technology or SaaS and knowledgeable in adult learning and instructional design.
  • Skilled in training content delivery and familiar with sales performance metrics.

Job Overview:

The Enterprise Solutions team serves global organizations, including leading companies, governments, and nonprofits, who seek to upskill or retrain their workforce with the world’s best education. This team is made up of three sub-teams: Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Strategy & Operations. The teams operate globally and have members based out of our offices in Mountain View, New York, London, Gurgaon, and Abu Dhabi. 

We are in search of an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to reinforce our Global Sales Enablement team.  This globally-focused role is centered on the program management within Sales Enablement, primarily focusing on managing and optimizing our sales enablement tool stack, building effective communication strategies for the field, and providing key support to the APAC region field sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and manage a comprehensive global Sales Enablement Program, with an emphasis on APAC.  Key objectives include providing essential support to the APAC field sales team, initiating effective onboarding processes, and implementing successful change management strategies
  • Strategize and implement a thorough go-to-market (GTM) program, in partnership with Product Marketing, coupled with targeted skills development training to enhance overall field sales performance.
  • Work hand-in-hand with key stakeholders to create, refine, and maintain sales playbooks tailored to boost productivity within the global Enterprise team.
  • Oversee the sales enablement tool stack comprised of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Highspot, and Chorus.  Ensure these tools are optimized for sales activities and manager coaching. 
  • Create and execute in-depth training modules focusing on the effective use and application of our sales enablement tool stack.
  • Lead the ongoing analysis of data from our sales enablement tools to derive key insights.  Approach these insights strategically, transforming them into tangible actions to drive sales productivity and growth.



Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Sales, or related field
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful sales enablement programs
  • Demonstrated history in organization skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B technology or SaaS sales environments
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Ability to develop and deliver engaging and interactive training content
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and how to measure sales enablement program effectiveness
