- Manage and compile daily and weekly reports, including tracking meals, coworking passes, and sales.
- Maintain guest databases on Hubspot and ensure accurate transaction reconciliation in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Handle front desk operations, process payments, create invoices, and assist with booking facilities for guests.
- Offer excellent customer service, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive coworking community atmosphere.
- Utilize Google Workspace tools and Xero for various administrative tasks.
- Fluent in English with outstanding communication skills.
- Final year Hospitality or Business Administration student, or similar.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and eager to learn new online tools.

The role
This is a 6-month internship. The Receptionist & Admin Intern plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of Livit Hub's administrative tasks. This position involves handling detailed reports, managing databases, and collaborating with the Finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all backend operations.
Responsibilities
Compile and manage reports on a daily and weekly basis including meals, coworking passes, and sales reports
Update and maintain guest databases on Hubspot
Ensure transaction reconciliation and collaborate with the Finance team weekly
Manage the daily front desk operations and administrative duties such as payment process and creating invoice
Assist in meeting room and/or phone booth bookings for guests
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
Proficiently using Google Workspace suites such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, and Xero on a daily basis.
Act as a point of contact for members, giving a tour in the space, and addressing their questions, concerns, and needs. Provide excellent customer service to create a positive atmosphere within the coworking community.
Requirements
Fluency in English and excellent communication skills (oral and written) are required.
Final year student in Hospitality or Business Administration Familiarity with Google Workspace suite Inc. Google sheet, pivot tables, etc
