- Management of the Ground Software Systems and Functional Verification Section within the Software Systems Division.
- Overseeing resources and activities, including the development and validation of EGSE, simulators, and test benches.
- Direct involvement in AIT and AIV for functional verification.
- Active contribution to operational activities and project support.
- A Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Extensive experience in design, technology development, and relevant technical domains.
- Proven ability to lead a team or manage experts in a project or R&D environment.
- Strong leadership, relationship management, communication, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving objectives.
- Must be eligible for access to controlled technology and hardware, adhering to European and US export regulations.

We are currently seeking a Head of the Ground Software Systems and Functional Verification Section in the Software Systems Division, Systems Department, Directorate of Technology, Engineering and Quality.
The role entails managing the Section, its resources and activities. The Section covers the areas of EGSE, simulators and test benches, their development and validation as well as their use in AIT and AIV for functional verification. You will also be required to carry out and to contribute to operational activities within the technical domains of the Section, in line with the implementation of the matrix structure for the project support.
Job requirements include a Master’s degree in Computer Science with solid experience related to the technical domains of the Section, substantial experience in relevant fields of design and technology development, and the potential to manage individuals or a team of experts in a project or R&D setting. Strong leadership capabilities, relationship management and communication skills, problem-solving skills, planning and organisational skills, and a strong results orientation are also required.
