The Behavioural Insights Team (BIT) is at the forefront of applying behavioral science to tackle pressing societal challenges. The Behavioural Insights Team (BIT) is a global leader in using behavioural science to improve lives. We are a social purpose consulting firm with over 250 employees and offices around the world. The Canadian team is 7 kind, curious and hardworking individuals located in Toronto and Montreal. We work closely with a larger team in the US and with teams globally. Our expert team partners with governments, nonprofits, and private sector organizations. We work across a wide range of areas—from health to consumer protection to sustainability.

The role entails working on a wide range of problems using a variety of methods. You will be involved in evidence reviews and summaries, intervention development, capacity-building, research design, and writing and speaking tasks.

Job requirements include the ability to explain and apply key concepts from the behavioural sciences, public policy, and research methods, identify what makes some policies and services effective vs. ineffective, communicate to different audiences, manage your time and tasks to produce high-quality work, and work within a team.
