Role Summary
- Design and implement technology systems that support Movember's staff worldwide.
- Manage and maintain the organization's technical infrastructure, platforms, services, and security.
- Provide critical infrastructure support and administration to product delivery teams.
- Ensure the functionality of core services and offer system support as needed.
Role Requirements

Movember is the leading men’s health organisation and charity changing the face of men’s health globally, tackling mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. We are seeking a passionate Systems & Security Engineer to join our team.
The role entails designing, implementing, and operating the technology systems that support day to day functions of Movember staff globally. The individual will manage and maintain the technology environment in the operation of Movember’s technical infrastructure, platforms, services, and security as directed by the Global Director, Workplace & Cloud Technology. This role will also provide infrastructure support and administration to the product delivery teams, ensuring core services are fully functional, whilst providing ad-hoc infrastructure/system support where necessary.
Job requirements include experience working with and managing technology vendors, strong experience and skills in technical troubleshooting and problem resolution, experience or strong working knowledge of managing security infrastructure, experience working with full-stack IT infrastructure, and customer focus with excellent interpersonal skills.
