Role Summary

Role Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing/communications or related discipline.
  • Proven capability to lead high-performing global teams.
  • Over 15 years of extensive marketing experience with a focus on campaign delivery from inception to evaluation.
  • Proficient in working with external agencies, media, and partners for optimal results.
  • Skilled in budget management and multi-channel campaign insights.
  • Innovative and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in data analytics and stakeholder management.
  • Adaptable, entrepreneurial, with strong planning and project management skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills.

Movember is the global men’s health movement taking on three of the biggest health issues affecting men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and men’s mental health and suicide prevention.

The role The Global Director of Campaigns is responsible for the delivery of Movember’s campaigns, across impact and income, at a global and local level. The role leads the Campaigns team to develop year-round campaigns for Movember, to drive impact and income through increased engagement and cost-effective audience growth. The Global Director of Campaigns is a vital role in the Movember Experiences Team, to prioritise activities, and manage resourcing and workflow.

Job requirements For this role, you’ll need Tertiary qualifications in marketing /communications or related discipline. Established record of motivating high performance global teams. Extensive experience (15+) and knowledge of marketing with a strong background in delivering campaigns from development through to execution and evaluation. Experience working with multiple external agencies, media and partners to achieve best outcomes. Experience of budget management processes including setting budgets and day to day budget management. Experience in delivering insight driven multi-channel campaigns. Creative, energetic, and innovative approach to identifying solutions. Practised in measuring media channel effectiveness. Good understanding of the full marketing mix. Ability to use data and analytics to inform decision making. Ability to effectively manage a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external to the organisation. Approaches decisions with creativity, pragmatism and innovation. Flexible and comfortable in a rapidly changing working environment. Entrepreneurial with the ability to spot opportunities and act quickly to assess the business alignment and ROI. Excellent planning and project management skills. Ability to work with executive and senior management; excellent negotiation, influencing and presentation skills.
