- Role Summary:
- Accurately process inventory and service invoices.
- Investigate billing discrepancies and liaise with suppliers for resolutions.
- Become an integral part of a burgeoning company and the Accounts Payable team, coordinating between Ukrainian and UK offices.
- Directly report to the Accounts Payable Manager in Ukraine and collaborate with the London finance team.
- Role Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year in an accountancy role.
- Accountancy-related higher education.
- Fluency in English with exceptional writing and speaking abilities.
- Keen eye for detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective query resolution.
- Good planning and time management capabilities.
- Uphold integrity and discretion in all matters.
- Familiarity with MS Dynamic Nav and Google Office Suite is a plus.
- Self-reliant, assured, and capable of independent work with minimal supervision.

The Role - Finance Assistant We are looking for a focused and reliable candidate to join our Ukrainian team as a Finance Assistant. You will be responsible for ensuring all our inventory and service invoices are entered on a timely basis, investigating discrepancies and requesting credit memos from suppliers. This is a great chance to be involved in a young fast growing company and become a valuable part of the Accounts Payable and wider Finance team which spans both the Ukraine and the UK. You will be reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager who is in part of the Ukraine team and working closely with the finance team in London.
Job Requirements 1 year of experience in an accountancy role Higher education in the field of accountancy Excellent written and spoken English Great attention to detail Excellent MS Office Excel skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with internal and external parties to resolve queries Planning and time management skills Integrity and discretion Experience of MS Dynamic Nav software would be an advantage Experience with google office suite would be an advantage Reliable, confident and able to work on own initiative and with limited supervision
