Role Summary

Role Requirements

- Show proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with Looker or BI tools knowledge a plus.

The role - Pricing & Promotions Manager This role will be part of our Pricing and Promotions team, in which we plan and execute all promotions and big sales for both LoveCrafts and WEBS (yarn.com), as well as setting and managing the core prices of all products. This role will manage the coordination and execution of our promotions and big sale periods. Your responsibilities will include ensuring smooth running of promotions on both LoveCrafts and yarn.com websites, managing a team of two, supporting Head of Customer Proposition with planning of promotional calendar, deciding which products go into each promotion across the LoveCrafts and yarn.com websites, and organising product lists for big sale periods.
Job requirements You should have strong commercial awareness to inform planning and decision making and maximise sales, excellent attention to detail, and be comfortable taking ownership of processes. You should be highly organised, have good time management, and be a team player with the ability to build strong cross-functional working relationships. You should have project management experience, be comfortable using and managing data, and be proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, Pivot Tables). Equivalent Google Sheets experience a bonus. You should be interested in eCommerce, have good spoken and written English language skills (upper-intermediate level minimum), and experience with Looker or other business intelligence tools a plus.
