The role - Team Lead – Cyber Security In this role, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional who can develop and maintain the Museum’s Cyber Security capability while also ensuring that this is aligned with the wider department and overall Museum strategy. The post holder will also be responsible for making sure that the Museum remains fully protected, cyber secure and achieves the required accreditations. Key areas of responsibility include analysing technical solutions to help mitigate security vulnerabilities, testing recovery procedures for all critical systems, implementing and overseeing the monitoring of on-premise and cloud-based computer systems, networks and applications, and developing and delivering a programme of planned independent security assessments.
Job requirements - Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Previous work experience as a Cyber Security analyst. Clear understanding of Windows, IAAS, PAAS, Azure, Firewalls, Networking & Wi-Fi, End-point protection, and Web-hosting technology. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong team player with the ability to manage teams effectively.
