Role Summary:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the UK team and across the organisation.
  • Manage project logistics, including project management, resource allocation, and invoicing.
  • Engage in business development activities such as new business scanning and stakeholder engagement.
  • Assist in recruiting study participants and perfecting project outputs' formatting and presentation.

Role Requirements:

  • Experience in handling various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage competing demands with accuracy and speed.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Training or qualifications in business administration, human resources, or related fields are desirable.

We are looking for a dynamic and organised Project Officer and Administrator to join our team in London.

The role: Reporting to the Managing Director – UK, the Project Officer and Administrator supports CEI’s UK team, as well as providing cross-organisation support. The role provides administrative and operational support for projects and business development. The Project Officer and Administrator assists with activities such as project management, resource management and invoicing, new business scanning, study participant recruitment, stakeholder engagement, and finalising the formatting and presentation of project outputs.

Job requirements: This is a varied role that requires an experienced person, comfortable dealing with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and managing competing demands, able to work with accuracy and speed, and with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Relevant training and qualifications in business administration, human resources, or other relevant disciplines is desirable.
