  • Devise and execute trade marketing strategies tailored to the Food Service sector, aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the digital transformation of trade marketing, using technology to boost promotional efforts and customer engagement.
  • Perform market analysis to identify trends and insights in the Food Service industry.
  • Enhance customer engagement strategies using digital channels and tech solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure trade marketing and sales are integrated.
  • Utilize data analytics for informed decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Maintain productive relationships with vendors and agencies.

  • Positive, helpful attitude with a passion for the business.
  • 5+ years of trade marketing experience, especially in Food Service or FMCG.
  • Expertise in digital transformation and tech integration in marketing.
  • Understanding of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and new technologies.
  • Strategic, results-driven thinking with excellent project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Analytical and critical mindset with effective communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.

And that’s why we are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager Food Service! To join the Good Rebels team and help us achieve our mission through developing and executing strategic trade marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on digital transformation and technology integration.


  • Develop and Implement Trade Marketing Strategies: Devise comprehensive trade marketing strategies specifically tailored to the Food Service sector, aligning with overall business objectives.

  • Digital Transformation: Drive the digital transformation of trade marketing initiatives, leveraging technology to enhance promotional campaigns, customer engagement, and overall effectiveness.

  • Technology Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies into trade marketing programs, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges within the Food Service industry.

  • Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement within the Food Service sector, utilizing digital channels and technology solutions.

  • Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales teams to align trade marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach.

  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data analytics to measure and analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

  • Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to execute trade marketing initiatives effectively.

  • Passion for the business and a deep understanding of it to make sure your job at this role is aligned to business needs and goals.

  • Previous experience in similar roles, ideally at an FMCG company or ahigh-growth startup.

  • +5 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the Food Service industry.

  • Proven expertise in digital transformation and technology integration within trade marketing strategies.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and emerging technologies.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • An analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving mindset to approach everyday challenges.

  • Ability to prioritize and anticipate opportunities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English (mandatory) and Spanish.

  • Ability to create strong and trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
