The role: As our Assessment Operations Lead, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our assessment operations capabilities. This role demands a blend of strategic vision and operational expertise, ensuring the seamless design, development, and delivery of our assessment projects and trials. You’ll lead the delivery of large scale assessment projects working with government clients such as STA and Ofqual, on a variety of themes such as the Programme for International Student Assessment, Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study, Progress in International Reading Literacy Study.

Job requirements: -An accomplished manager in delivering high-profile and large-scale projects, with a track record of operational success. -A strategic thinker, comfortable with complex analysis and adept at turning insights into action. -An exceptional communicator, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders. -A collaborative partner, passionate about making a positive impact in education.
