As a Driver Support Senior Associate, your role will involve:

  • Supporting rider and driver recruitment
  • Enhancing driver engagement
  • Improving customer care to boost the SafeBoda experience

Requirements for this role include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Basic Excel and Google Sheets skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or operations roles
  • Ability to work under pressure, alongside strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills

The role: As a Driver Support Senior Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting rider and driver recruitment, driver engagement, and ensuring the overall well-being of our driver community. This multifaceted role also involves providing customer care support to enhance the overall SafeBoda experience.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, own a laptop, and have basic knowledge of using Excel and Google Sheets. Previous experience in driver operations, operations, or customer service roles is essential. Key competencies include effective communication, customer focus, problem-solving, organizational skills, initiative, customer centricity, learning agility, and the ability to work under pressure.
