As our Employment & Placements Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating employment programmes
- Managing immersive work experience placements and secondments

The role: As an Employment & Placements Officer at Change Please, you will be instrumental in supporting the delivery and coordination of our employment programmes. This includes managing Immersive Work Experience and Secondment placements, ensuring smooth operation, accurate outcome tracking, and maintaining consistent partnership processes. Your work will directly contribute to the high-quality execution of our initiatives, aiding both our partners and trainees.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment. You should have a proactive, solution-focused approach and be comfortable working with systems, data, and processes. Strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to forge robust relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
