The role: We are seeking a Founder Associate to collaborate closely with our Co-Founder and CEO, Giovanni. This role is central to our operations, requiring high levels of trust and intensity. You will be instrumental in transforming ambiguous problems into decisive actions and ensuring the progression of crucial initiatives. Your responsibilities will include enhancing decision-making processes, driving strategic projects, and acting as a liaison across various departments.
Job requirements: Ideal candidates will have experience in management consulting, business operations, or similar roles within fast-growing, VC-backed B2B SaaS companies. Key attributes include exceptional written communication skills, the ability to handle complex and ambiguous situations, and a strong analytical mindset. This role demands a proactive approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
