About the role: We're looking for a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This new role is perfect for someone who loves seeing ideas come to life, from concept to execution, and takes pride in ensuring every campaign runs smoothly and every deliverable meets brand standards. You'll play a key supporting role in bringing our marketing campaigns, creative assets, and promotional activities to life across both digital and traditional channels. Working closely with the wider marketing and trade teams, you'll help coordinate projects, manage timelines, prepare content and collateral, and ensure everything we produce is on-brand, engaging, and delivered on time. You will also collaborate extensively with our global marketing team, which spans across the UK and Australia, to ensure a cohesive and unified marketing strategy.
Am I the right person? We are looking for your application to demonstrate: A strong communicator with excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal skills. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, resourceful attitude and enjoy finding creative solutions to challenges. Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms. Experience with Canva and Asana is a strong asset. Team player who is comfortable working independently and within a growing global team. Excellent communication skills allow you to liaise effectively with colleagues across multiple countries and time zones. Passionate about travel, storytelling, and helping to bring unforgettable adventures to life. Familiarity with the US and Canadian consumer markets.
