Role Summary

The role: The Sales Associate is crucial for driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with business clients. Responsibilities include managing the entire sales process from prospect identification, developing tailored sales strategies, to closing deals and nurturing client relationships. The role involves actively seeking new business opportunities, conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating and closing sales deals, and participating in exhibitions to promote the company.
Job requirements: A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred, though Diploma or Higher Diploma holders in relevant disciplines are also encouraged to apply. Candidates should have proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, ability to meet and exceed sales targets, excellent knowledge of MS Office, and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Key competencies include a thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques, strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
