The Role
- Manage your claim portfolio from First Notification of Loss (FNOL) to settlement.
- Work closely with Third-Party Administrators (TPA) to enhance Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects targeting expansions into new markets.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 18 months experience in personal lines claims, preferably in Home Insurance.
- Technical proficiency and strong communication skills.
- Capability to drive significant improvements in claims function.

The Role: As a Senior Claims Handler, you will be pivotal in scaling our in-house claims function. You will manage your own portfolio from First Notification of Loss (FNOL) to settlement, ensuring efficient and positive outcomes. Your role will involve direct interaction with our Third-Party Administrators (TPA), driving improvements in our Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and streamlining operations to enhance customer outcomes. You will also collaborate on cross-functional projects to shape our claims experience as we expand into new markets.
Job Requirements: We are looking for someone with at least 18 months of experience in personal lines claims, preferably in Home Insurance. You should be technically proficient, enjoy managing the claims process, and be capable of driving significant improvements within the claims function. Strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
