Role Summary
- As a Senior Travel Designer focused on Latin America, your role will include creating tailor-made trips that resonate deeply with guests’ passions and responsible travel values.
- You will curate sophisticated itineraries across Latin America, spotlighting unique, sustainable venues and experiences.
- This role requires frequent communication with guests to fully understand their travel preferences, and inspire them with your deep knowledge of the region.
Role Requirements
- Minimum of 18 months experience in the travel sales sector, ideally with a focus on Latin America.
- Deep firsthand knowledge of Latin American destinations and cultures.
- A genuine passion for responsible travel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to confidently solve problems and demonstrate proactive team involvement.

The role: As a Senior Travel Designer specializing in Latin America, you will create bespoke trips that offer authentic, life-changing journeys reflecting the passions, dreams, and responsible travel values of our guests. You will be responsible for curating sophisticated, bespoke itineraries across the Latin American region, focusing on sustainable, unique hotels, resorts, and experiences. Your role involves frequent communication with guests through phone calls, video calls, and emails to understand their needs deeply and inspire them with your extensive regional knowledge.
Job requirements: We are looking for someone with a minimum of 18 months of experience in travel sales, ideally with a focus on the Latin America region. You should have deep, first-hand knowledge of Latin American destinations and cultures, and a genuine passion for responsible travel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with being a confident problem-solver and a proactive team player.
